When you advertise in K9AdsOnLine, you agree to the following conditions:
- K9AdsOnLine reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertising for any reason.
- We attempt to be accurate in creating our advertising but mistakes may happen. Upon notification of an error, we will correct it. Advertisers agree not to hold us liable for errors for any remedy other than those mentioned in this paragraph.
- It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to obtain permission for the use of all protected materials in the advertisement. Protected materials include trademarks, service marks, and copyrighted material. Artwork and photographs are ordinarily copyrighted material.
- By submitting the advertisement, the Advertiser asserts that the Advertiser has obtained permission from the lawful copyright holder of all copyrighted material in the advertisement. The Advertiser warrants that by displaying the advertisement, K9AdsOnLine will not infringe upon or violate the trademark rights, copyright, right of publicity or any other right of any other party.
- K9AdsOnLine reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability to advertisers, to remove any advertisement which K9AdsOnLine reasonably concludes may infringe upon trademark, copyright, right of publicity or like rights of any third party.
- The Advertiser shall indemnify K9AdsOnLine and shall defend and hold K9AdsOnLine harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any claims by third parties that K9AdsOnLine's display of the advertisement infringes upon or violates the trademark, copyright, right of publicity or any like right of any third party.
- K9AdsOnLine has been copyrighted, and will take full legal action to whom ever may infringe upon or violate the trademark rights, copyright, or right of publicity of this publication.
- Finally, the Trade Practices Act, Section 52, imposes a general onus on Advertisers not to engage in conduct that is false and/or deceptive. All advertising submitted to K9AdsOnLine must be in accordance with this Act, and it is the responsibility of the Advertiser to ensure compliance.
